1. Provider
Deep Lanza Freedive, Lanzarote
2. Registration and contract
Registration is binding upon confirmation. By registering, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
3. Conditions of participation
- Minimum age 18 or parental consent
- Swimming skills and good health
- Signed medical form and liability waiver
4. Payment
The course must be paid no later than the first day of the course.
5. Cancellation by the Participant: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the start of the course. After that: 50%. In case of no-show, the full amount must be paid.
6. Cancellation by the provider
Due to weather, illness or insufficient number of participants - refund or new date.
7. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. DAN insurance is strongly recommended.
8. Behavior
The instructor’s safety instructions must be followed.
9. Data protection
The data will only be used to organize the course and will not be passed on.
10. Place of jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Arrecife (Lanzarote).
